I did NOT fail to plan!

Describe the most ambitious DIY project you’ve ever taken on.

It’s not a big thing by any means because DIY is not really my jam (outside of crafting, anyways.)

But I’ve been into planner decorating for quite a while, and then Michael’s decided to class all their happy planners as “everyday value,” so you couldn’t use coupons on them anymore, which, no, because their everyday value prices are really only useful on things you buy on the regular, not once a year.

So in the spirit of cheapness, I decided to design my own planner pages and print them out. I really enjoyed that I got to use my computer skills for something fun and I was able to make a layout that worked perfectly for me as well as it fit all the stickers I already had. Bonus!

It served me beautifully for 5 years until I switched to a hobonichi cousin this year and, honestly, I think I’m going to switch back to my DIY baby at the end of the year.  Though, hopefully, there will be some big changes in my life to plan in the near future.

My sweet baby planner back when she had a pink cover instead of the black she wore most recently. 🩷🖤
