What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?
I would give anything to be fluent in all languages, for 2 main reasons:
1. I would love to travel more, but a lot of my travel anxiety comes from the idea of not being able to communicate. Either getting lost and not being able to get directions, or having a health issue and not being able to access medical care. Also, it’d just be cool to be able to just chat with random strangers wherever I was.
2. Think of all the additional smut I could consume if I wasn’t confined to a single written language. (I could probably also muddle through some French smut currently if I really needed to, but I can see way too much opportunity for translation confusion there.)
There are probably also innumerable ways to profit off such a skill, and I certainty would endeavor to do so, but it wouldn’t be one of my primary motivators.
