Ominous Velour

Obviously, wild animals should never be kept as pets. I feel like that’s kind of a given. Though there’s always some asshole out there who feels like he has to compensate for his micropeen by keeping some sort of large wildcat in an inadequate enclosure in his basement or somesuch.

Other than that, I don’t feel like there’s any sort of domesticated animal that makes a “bad” pet. There are only animals that are not a good fit for your lifestyle. Conversely, the “best” pet is the one whose personality and needs fit with your lifestyle and ability to provide care.
