Ominous Velour

I would prefer not to out myself and where I currently live so let’s go with the city I grew up in, Vancouver, BC.

I googled a lot of top 10 lists for this post and was pleasantly surprised to learn that I have, in fact, visited almost every top tourist attraction in the lower mainland. Go me! The single exception seems to be the item that is #1 on most of the lists, the Capilano suspension bridge.

Science world? Got to cuddle my first (but definitely not last) snake there. Granville Island Market? Dragonspace has been my fave since the 90s. Stanley park? 10/10, would have my fries stolen by seagulls again. And I have spent my fair share of time on the north shore, mostly skiing or visiting Lonsdale Quay. Somehow, I’ve managed to miss the Capilano suspension bridge every single time.
